Scentodore is a Canadian fragrance brand headquartered in British Columbia. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘Scentodore’ in this policy, we mean the business operating scentodore.com.

By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter a binding contract.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default and may be shown in your local currency where supported. All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability, in which case we issue a full refund promptly.

All content on scentodore.com — copy, imagery, fragrance names, and formulations — is the exclusive property of Scentodore and protected under Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. Our fragrances are original works inspired by iconic scent profiles; ‘inspired by’ references are provided solely to help customers identify a familiar impression.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scentodore’s aggregate liability arising from any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of British Columbia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your province or country of residence.
